The more tasks I was given, the more I feelrewarded everyday.
I am in charge of the TFM process, which involves assembling circuits and then attaching a film. Gradually, I have been entrusted with troubleshooting and monitoring of the equipment by myself, I have been able to utilize what I learned from my seniors through on-the-job training during the two-year trainee period, such as starting up after a problem, checking the operation, and handing over my ideas on the process to the shift workers. If there is something I don't understand, I can ask experienced seniors, and it is an environment where I can test my abilities, so I would like to actively take on new challenges.

I know! I can do it!"I feel improvementin ability.
I like making things so much that I collect parts and make my own personal computer. I joined the company because I wanted turn my hobby into my job. I am responsible for the process of removing unwanted oxide film, and I always pay close attention to make sure that the equipment is fully-functional, film is removed properly, and is processed completely. I sometimes get nervous when I make an error for the first time, but I see it as an opportunity to learn something new, and my senior trainers teach me a lot and I am gaining experience every day."I know!" and "I can!" I feel that I am growing gradually and would like to try my best to become a specialist in the DVD process.

Equipment maintainer - T.M.
Supporting semiconductormanufacturing throughstable equipment operation.
Supporting semiconductormanufacturing throughstable equipmentoperation.
My main responsibility is to perform preventive maintenance for equipment problems that occur in the CMP process, which is used to polish wafers. When a problem occurs, the manufacturing department contacts me, and I investigate the cause of the problem, replace or repair parts as necessary, and then hand the equipment back to the manufacturing department after confirming it is working normally again. Some abnormalities are found only after detailed internal inspections during periodic inspections, so I feel it is difficult to keep the equipment in stable operation so as not to interfere with production.
I am also careful not to make mistakes that result from getting used to the experience I have gained. In the past, I made a mistake by not checking the correct operation due to getting used to it, but thanks to the follow-up from my seniors, I was able to recover. Since then, I have reaffirmed my awareness of actions based on KYT (hazard prediction training) and strive to carry out my work.

Equipment maintenanceis important in semiconductormanufacturing.
I am mainly in charge of the maintenance of etching process equipment, and I am responsible for everything from regular work to troubleshooting equipment that occurs suddenly. Since the quality of maintenance work is directly linked to the quality of products, we strive to work safely without mistakes. The scope of my work is increasing day by day, and I feel a great sense of responsibility and fulfillment.
I will master what I have been taught by my seniors and work every day so that I can become a full-fledged equipment maintainer as soon as possible.

Facility Management Operator - H.T.
Work with a sense of "responsibility" and "commitment"!
When deciding on my job, what I valued most was "the kind of environment I wanted to work in." Before applying, I toured all the departments and found that the welcoming atmosphere of the Facilities Department was the best fit for me, which led me to choose to join that team.
In the Facilities Department, my role involves supporting a 24-hour factory. This includes purifying wastewater before it’s released outdoors and turning river water into purified water for use within the factory.
I also utilize the "Second-Class Electrician License" I earned during my studies and handle hazardous materials like chemicals in my position. I approach my work with a strong sense of "responsibility" and "commitment."
I strive to quickly learn from my seniors in handling facility issues so that I can respond accurately and efficiently. Although I'm still a beginner, I'm putting in the effort every day to improve my skills.
